Goods and ideas, technologies and aesthetics flowed and mixed - as people and places, both in India and in Denmark, were introduced to an expanding world. This website celebrates this fruitful connection between our countries. It delves into the myriad of ways this connect has shaped us and where we are today. It is is dedicated to stories of togetherness, of similarities and collaborations between us - as individuals, organisations, companies and as sovereign nation states. It is an ode to the past that connects us, and to the many and diverse encounters and exchanges we can trace today.
